Richard Deutsch comes to us from Dallas where he has 20 years experience in retail sales and piano service consulting. Richard has over 10 years of wholesale buying experience for one of the largest dealers in the U.S. which helps us bring the lowest possible prices to the market. He has also spent years working with higher education and music learning facilities to help promote the musical arts. Richard's extensive knowledge in manufacturing and design of pianos brings to Piano Kraft a welcome wealth of expertise.

Stephen Wirges is our professional piano tuner, technician, and re-builder. He has been with Piano Kraft for 9 years. His ability to regulate older pianos, grands and uprights, and bring them back to factory specifications is giving new life to older instruments. He divides his time between servicing our customers and re-building in our work shop.
